This class will introduce foundational self-defense techniques, including basic jiu jitsu principles, to help you learn how to protect yourself using leverage, positioning, and smart decision-making — not strength alone.
Whether you have previous experience or are completely new, this class is for women of all fitness levels. You’ll learn situational awareness, boundary setting, and simple, effective movements that can make a difference in high-stress situations.
